Former Lock Program: Conventional Cylinder
Reason for Conversion
Management of the West Palm Beach Housing Authority was introduced to the Instakey Security
Systems Key Control Program at the 2008 FAHRO Annual Conference. Executive Management for a previous InstaKey Housing Client, the Daytona Beach Housing Authority, had recommended the InstaKey Program to the Management of the West Palm Beach Housing Authority. After thorough review at the FAHRO conference, West Palm Beach Housing Authority Management concluded that the InstaKey Program would significantly streamline the process of changing locks while simultaneously increasing security and cutting the costs associated with lock changes and lost and stolen keys. West Palm Beach Executive and Maintenance Management were particularly impressed with the ability the InstaKey Program gave them to change out a master system with minimal cost and effort if a master key became
compromised.
