Health and Safety During the COVID-19 Pandemic

InstaKey Security Systems has been closely monitoring the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). To help protect our staff and the broader community, we have enacted the following active measures to help limit the spread of COVID-19.

Effective, Monday, March 16, 2020:

  • All staff hours and in-person interaction have been revised to flexible work schedules and remote office operations. As some essential functions remain critical to the business operation and support of our clients, we have established rotating flex schedules, social distancing guidelines, and daily sanitation requirements for all common areas, workstations, and quality control operations.

  • All nonessential business travel is suspended indefinitely. We know that some personal travel may be necessary, but all InstaKey employees are aware of travel warnings, quarantine restrictions and other guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

  • InstaKey will remain open and operating under normal business hours, maintain full staffing to the extent feasible, and support sick leave requirements as they may arise.

As this continues to be a fluid situation, our team continues to work on implementing and managing these requirements to protect the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.

We know one of the best ways to spread the COVID-19 is through good hygiene, so we are sharing the CDC's guidance on hand washing and other prevention recommendations.

We look forward to continuing to do our part in helping protect you, your people, and assets during this challenging time.
